150g mince

2tbsp. tablespoons raisins

2tbsp. with flaked almonds

2tbsp. tablespoons light mayonnaise

2tbsp. tablespoon Banyuls wine

3pinches of curry

1pinch of cinnamon

1pinch of nutmeg

Preparation Chinese food chews bittersweet

1.Rinse the raisins and soak in Banyuls.

2.Clean the mash, wash thoroughly and drain it.

3.Mix spices and mayonnaise in a bowl. Add the raisins and pickle, mix again. Addthe mince and mix again before sprinkle with almonds.

2-1/2 lb Fryer chicken; (up to 3)

16-ounce box long grain and

-wildrice

1tb Margarine

1/4 c Adamsdiced onions

2-1/4 c Chicken broth

1cn French style green beans;

-drained

1cn Cream of chicken soup

3/4 c Almonds; sliced

1cn Pimentos; chopped

1ts Ground black pepper

1/2ts Garlic salt

2tb Bacon bits

ChickenAlmondine Casserole Preparation

Bakechicken at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Allow to cool enough to debone and cutinto bite size pieces. Add rice, margarine and onions to chicken bouillon; cookover low heat approximately 25 minutes or until all water is absorbed. In alarge casserole dish combine green beans, soup, 1/2-cup almonds, pimentos,black pepper, garlic salt and chicken. Add hot rice last and mix allingredients thoroughly. Sprinkle top of casserole with remaining 1/4-cupalmonds and bacon bits. Cover and heat at 350 degrees 35 – 30 minutes. Servestemming hot.

2 tb Brandy

2 tb Water

1/2 c Candied cherries,finely chop

1 c Raisins,seeded,coarsely chop

1 c Pecans,chopped

1/2 c Coconut,shredded

Lane Filling Preparation

Place egg yolks and sugar in saucepan. Beat with hand rotary or electric mixer until blended. Add butter. Cook and beat over medium heat until sugar dissolves and mixture thickens. Remove from heat, pour into mixing bowl, and cool slightly. Add brandy and water; stir in fruits, pecans, and coconut.
