Chinese meatballs soup
Ingredients Chinese meatballs soup
500gminced pork
2potatoes egg
1/2onion
1/2carrot Seasoning
1tbsp salt
2pieces
2tbsp curry sunflower oil
15minutes
Steps Chinese meatballs soup:
1.Wash all the vegetables, peel potatoes and carrots, then cut them into pieces.Cut also the onion julienne.
2.Place the ground pork in a grinding machine, pour salt. Then beat in the egg.Mix well.
3.Make small balls with a tablespoon. Then cook them in boiling water.
4.Heat the sunflower oil in the wok, then pour the onion. Fried.
5.Add the carrot and potato. Fried for 1 minute.
6.Then, pour water, then boil over medium heat until the ingredients are soft.
7.Put the curry pieces in the wok. Cook over low heat, stirring with a kitchenspatula until the curry is melted. Then, add the meatballs.
8.Simmer over low heat for 2 minutes. Pour It Up.

1lb Sirloin tips; cut into 1

1tb Sherry, dry
1tb Soy sauce
1tb Cornstarch
1/2ts Sugar
6-1/2ts Oil
1/8ts Pepper, black
2Garlic clove; pressed
1tb Oyster sauce
2lg Broccoli stalk; stems
-removed& cut into florets
1/2c Beef broth
8Baby corn spear; drained
20Snow pea pods, fresh
1Scallion with top; chopped
ChineseBeef Stir-Fry with Vegetables Preparation
Marinatethe sirloin at room temp in a mixture of the sherry, soy sauce, half thecornstarch, sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of the oil, pepper, and garlic for one hour.Heat a tablespoon of the remaining oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry beefquickly, until the meat is medium rare. Remove and set aside. Mix the remainingcornstarch with the oyster sauce. Reheat the wok with the remaining oil. Addthe broccoli and carrots; stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add the broth, cover thewok, and steam for approximately one minute or until the vegetables aretender-crisp. Add the corn, snow peas, scallion, beef & oyster-cornstarchmixture. Heat quickly, until the sauce is clear and thickened. Serveimmediately.

6tb Chinese apple wine (or other
-applewine; or apple juice)
1lg Lemon; juice of
1/2c Vanilla sugar
1c Water
ChinesePear Apple Sorbet Preparation
Make this a day ahead to allow flavors tomellow. Puree pear apples in processor or blender. Add wine or juice and mixwell. Dissolve sugar in water and add to fruit mixture, blending thoroughly.Transfer to ice cream machine and freeze according to manufacturers directions.(This will give best results, but you can freeze in containers, then break upand reprocess just before serving). Just before serving, return to processorand mix until slightly softened. Serve immediately.
