Nian Gao
The Nian Gao or “New Year Cake” is a traditional Chinese cake eaten during the festivities of the Chinese New Year.

Preparation

Ingredients:

– Peanuts (in their pods, unsalted)

Preparation:
Put a large pot of water to simmer with bouillon cubes, a tablespoon of sesame oil, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, chopped coriander end, fresh soybeans (some) and salt if necessary .
Mix the minced pork with 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce, minced coriander, a tablespoon of sesame oil, 2 tablespoons soy sauce and salt if necessary.
