Ingredients Chinese onion egg

500g onion

3 eggs Seasoning

SaltSunflower oil

1 dry red chilli pieces glutamate

6 minutes

Steps Chinese onion egg:

1.Wash and peel the onions, cut into julienne strips.

2.Beat the eggs in a bowl. Then add salt and stir well.

3.Heat the sunflower oil in a pan, add the eggs. Sauté. Remove and set aside.

4.Heat the sunflower oil in the pan then add the dry red pepper and fry untilthe right flavor. Add the onions, salt and glutamate. Fried.

5.Close the cover to remove the pungent taste. After 2 minutes, open the lid, addthe eggs. Fried. Pour It Up.

1/4c Margarine, imitation

1md Green bell pepper –

Chopped

1md Red bell pepper — chopped

1md Onion — chopped

1/4c Apple cider vinegar

1/4c Soy sauce

1/4c Pineapple juice

2tb Sugar

2tb Cornstarch

2tb Water

8oz Pasta

1lb Chicken breast halves

Withoutskin — boneless

Fivespice powder — to

Taste

ChineseChicken and Noodles Preparation

Sautevegetables in butter until almost soft. Cut chicken into bite size chucks.Season chicken with five spice powder sparingly. Add chicken and mushrooms.Stir fry on high heat very fast, until chicken is done. Turn down heat. Thenadd apple cider, soy sauce and pineapple juice. Can add more soy sauce andpineapple if needed. Add sugar. Mix cornstarch and water together and add andturn on very high heat until thickens. Can add just a very little pinch of fivespice to mixture, but be careful with five spice. It’s very strong. To makelower fat, can saute vegetables with 1/2 margarine and 1/2 chicken broth. Canmake lower in Sodium if use low sodium soy sauce. When seasoning chickenbreasts, use five spice sparingly. Toss with noodles.

3tb Soy sauce

1ts Salt

1ts Pepper

1ts Water

1ts Garlic salt

1ts Lemon juice

1ts Onion flakes

Halibutsteak

ChineseHalibut Broil Preparation

Combineall ingredients except halibut. Spread on both sides of steak. Broil 3/4 inchfrom heat for 8 minutes or until brown. Turn and broil on second side.
