3tablespoons. tablespoons hoisin sauce

1clove garlic, peeled and crushed

1small piece of about 2.5 cmfresh ginger, peeled and finely grated

1tsp. tablespoons soy sauce

1tsp. Coffee sesame oil

4chicken thighs, skin removed

1/2cucumber, peeled

12Chinese pancakes

6spring onions, green stem with its cleaned and finely cut in the lengthwise

Saucewith sweet peppers, to accompany

Preparation

Preheatoven to 190 ° C. In a glass bowl, mix the hoisin sauce with garlic, ginger, soysauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper.

Addthe chicken thighs and soak the mixture well. Cover and let marinate 3-4 hoursin refrigerator, turning the thighs occasionally.

Placechicken thighs in a baking dish and let them roast 30 minutes, basting severaltimes with the remaining marinade in the bowl.

Cutthe cucumber in half lengthwise and, using a teaspoon, remove seeds, then cutit into small sticks purposes.
