Chinese salmon salad

Ingredients Chinese salmon salad

100g of salmon egg

40g onion cucumber

Seasoning

salt

20g of cheese

6ml olive oil pepper

15minutes

Steps Chinese salmon salad:

1.Cut the salmon into slices and place in a bowl. Add salt and pepper, mix andmarinate for 10 minutes.

2.Wash the cucumber and onion, cut into cubes, respectively.

3.Addhard-boiled egg, chop and set aside.

4.Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the salmon and fry over low heat, then removeand chop.

5.In a bowl: add the cucumber, onion, chopped egg, chopped salmon, cheese and mixwell. Pour It Up.

11/2 c Snow peas

250g Rice vermicelli

1x Red pepper sliced thin

1/2ea English cucumber sliced thin

6oz Cooked shrimp

130g Crabmeat

1tb Fine chopped fresh ginger

1ea Chopped garlic clove

2tb Sesame oil

1/2ts Black pepper

11/2 ts Salt

2tb Lemon juice

3ts Vegetable oil

1ts Red wine vinegar

ChinesePasta Salad Preparation

Washand trim snwo peas. Place them in a bowl and pour in enough boiling water tocover them. Let stand 10 minutes; drain and set aside. Cook the noodles inplenty of boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain in colander, rinse with coldwater and set aside. In large bowl, combine noodles, snow peas, red pepper,cucumber, shrimp and crabmeat. In a small bowl, combine ginger, garlic, sesameoil, pepper, salt, vegetable oil, lemon juice and vinegar. Pour this dressingover the other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Chill before serving.

4Eggs

1c Sugar

1/2ts Lemon extract

1c Sifted cake flour

1/2ts Baking powder

1/4ts Salt

Powderedsugar for

-sprinkling

ChineseSteamed Sponge Cake Preparation

.Add sugar gradually until all is used, beating throughout. Add lemon extract.Continue beating. Mix flour, baking powder and salt and sift over egg mixture,folding in lightly. Pour into slightly greased pan or a pan sprayed with a foodrelease. Steam for 20 minutes. Before serving, sift powdered sugar over cake.COMMENTARY: In steaming foods, condensed steam can be prevented from dripping intothe item being steamed by placing a dish cloth under the lid.
