Chinese sausage noodles
Ingredientsfor Chinese sausage noodles / 4 people
500g broccoli
2scented mushrooms and black
250g noodles
1onion
2 cm fresh ginger
2tablespoons oil soup
3tablespoons soy sauce

PREPARATIONChinese sausage noodles
1Cook the broccoli to steam for 5 minutes. Soak mushrooms in warm water for 20minutes. Drain and chop.
2Cook the sausages in a steamer 1-2 minutes and cut into sections.
3Cook the noodles according to the time indicated on the package.
4Peel and chop the onion and ginger.
FinallyChinese sausage noodles
Ina wok, put the oil and fry the onion and ginger, add the sausage, broccoli,mushrooms and noodles. Pour soy sauce, mix gently and allow to warm and serveimmediately.

CinnamonRolls (Pat Knox) Preparation
Powderedsugar Coffee Scald milk, add 1/2 csugar, salt and shortening. Cool to lukewarm. In another bowl, place warmwater, 3 Tbsp sugar, and yeast. Let yeast dissolve. In mixer bowl put milkmixture and yeast mixture along with the eggs and 3 c flour. Beat at high speed for a few minutes. Turn mixer tolow and add last 3 c flour.Put into a floured bowl and knead. Put into a greased bowl and let rise for 1hour. Punch down. Divide in 1/2. Roll out each 1/2 into a rectangle abour 1/4inch thick. Brush with melted butter. Mix brown sugar, raisins and cinnamon.Sprinkle onto dough. Roll as for jelly-roll. Cut into 1 inch slices. Put ingreased pans. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees until goodand browned (15 to 20 minutes). Watch carefully. Ice with mixture ofconfectioner’s sugar and coffee. Yield two dozen.

1/2 lb Bacon
13/4 c All-purpose flour

1/2 c Crunchy, nugget cereal
3/4 c Milk

Cookbacon- drain but reserve dripping, if necessary add veg oil to measure 1/3 c total. In a small bowl combinedripping/oil, egg and milk- set aside. Crumble bacon, set aside. In a largebowl, combine dry ingredients, make a well in center. Add wet mixture all atonce; stir just til moistened. Batter will be lumpy, stir in cheese, bacon& cereal. Fill greased or lined muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 400 for 15-20min. Makes 12.
