Ingredients for Chinese sliced beef/ 4 people
350 g fillet of beef
3large carrots
3zucchini
1large sweet onion
20 g of dried Chinesemushrooms
1clove of garlic
2tablespoons toasted sesame seeds and fresh coriander leaves
1tablespoon cornstarch
oliveoil
4tablespoons soy sauce
salt

PREPARATIONChinese sliced beef
1Put mushrooms re hydrate in boilingwater. Wash the vegetables and cut them into thin slices. (zucchini, onions,carrots) Cut the meat into strips about 1 inch. Chop the garlic.
2 In a skillet or wok toheat a tablespoon of olive oil. Done quickly brown the meat and set aside inanother container large enough to hold all ingredients.
3 In the same pan or cookedmeat fry over high heat all other vegetables, but one after the other and addto as and meat.

Simmer5 minutes all the ingredients together with soy sauce just before serving addthe cornstarch dissolved in a glass of water. Serve very hot on Chinesenoodles. And sprinkle with sesame seeds or fresh coriander leaves.

Brush with morebutter. Continue folding in triangles, flag-style, and brushing with butter.Place triangles on baking sheets and bake at 350øF until pastry is golden,about 15 to 20 minutes.
