Chinese special bite ingredients

150g meat pole

Steps Chinese special bite:

1.Prepare the ingredients.

Chinese:Hot and Sour Soup with Tofu Preparation

Makes8 Servings Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add peppera sndonion; stir fry about 5 minutes. Add chicken broth, vegetable stock and soysauce. Bring to boiling. Lower heat; simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir togethervinegar, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, cornstarch, water and sesame oil in asmall bowl until smooth. Add to soup with fresh snow peas; cook for about 5minutes or until thickened and bubbly. Add tofu, frozen snow peas if using, andwater chestnuts. Gently heat through. Makes 8 servings (about 8 cups)

Continue stir-frying 2 minutes. Pour in soysauce mixture. Toss beans constantly until beans are evenly coated and glazed.1-3 minutes. Per serving: 37 cal, l g protien, 5 g carbohydrates, 2 g fat, 0 mgchol., 261 mg sodium. Exchanges: 1 veg, 1/4 fat.
