Chinese sweet fried pork

Ingredients Chinese sweet fried pork

500g pork

3eggs

1green pepper

1/2onion

1red pepper

seasoning

5g salt

15g of sugar candy

20Sichuanpeppercorns

20g of vinegar Sunflower oil

15g of potato starch

1pinch of pepper

22 minutes

Steps Chinese sweet fried pork:

1.Prepare a bowl of fried pork (step 4 and 5 of sweet and sour pork withpineapple), cut the onion, green and red peppers into pieces.

2.Heat the sunflower oil in a wok, sauté onion over low heat until thesemi-transparency. Then, add the peppers, 1 pinch of salt and pepper, friedpork, every blow and mix well. Remove and set aside.

3.Add the candy in the pan. Cook over low heat to melt until it appears smallfoams.

4.Add the vinegar. Boil the sauce to thicken. Finally, add the fried pork andother vegetables and sauté evenly. Pour It Up.

1tb Szechwan peppercorns

2Small dried red chili

1/2c Boiling water

3-1/2c Cold water

4Slices fresh ginger

1tb Dry sherry

4c Total of the following in

-bite-sizepieces:

Broccolistems

Napa cabbage

Celery

Cabbage

Carrots

Cauliflower

Daikon

Greenstring beans

Redbell peppers

ChineseBrine Pickles Preparation

Ina mixing bowl, combine the salt, peppercorns, chile peppers and boiling water,and stir until the salt dissolves. Stir in the cold water, fresh ginger, andvodka or sherry. Put the vegetables of your choice into a Chinese pickling jaror 2-quart glass jar. If using a Chinese pickling jar, seal with wateraccording to the instructions. If using a regular glass jar, simply cover withplastic wrap. Do not wrap tightly as gas must escape. Allow the pickles to sit,unrefrigerated, for 24 hours and serve. The pickles will keep for several daysif sealed and in the refrigerator.

Ingredientsfor Lemony Chinese Chicken Morsels Recipe

1/3c Lemon juice

2tb Soy

2tb Brown mustard

1ts Vegetable oil

1/8ts Cayenne

2Chicken breasts, 1 cubes

LemonyChinese Chicken Morsels Preparation

Inmed bowl combine juice, soy, mustard, oil & cayenne. Add chicken cubes& toss well to coat. Cover & refrigerate at least 1 hour, tossingoccasionally. Heat broiler. Lightly grease pan rack. Drain chicken & placecubes on rack about 1 apart. Broil 4-5 from heat for 7 minutes, brushing withmarinade halfway through cooking. Seve immediately.
