Chinese vegetables pancake

Chinese vegetables pancake is a perfect combination of flour and vegetables, of course itis an indispensable part of Chinese noodles.

ingredients

120g means gluten flour

1egg

120g of milk

100g of rapeseed Seasoning

180g of cold water

1spring onion salt pepper

15minutes

Steps Chinese vegetables pancake:

1.Mix well the flour, egg, water, milk, flour to form a paste. Then let stand for15 minutes.

2.Wash and chop rape. Then chop the spring onions.

3.Heat the sunflower oil in a pan, pour spring onion and fried. Then add therapeseed blow.

4.Put the dough in rapeseed meal, pour salt and pepper (to taste). Mix well toform a vegetable paste.

5.Brush some sunflower oil on the frying pan, adding a large spoonful ofvegetable pulp. Make flatten and brown both sides. Pour It Up.

Ingredients for Chinese Fried Rice Recipe

3 c To 4 c cold cooked long

-grain rice

6 sl Cooked bacon, crumbled

1 tb White sugar

2 tb To 3 tb dark soy sauce

3 Eggs

3 To 4 green onions, including

-green, sliced

1/4 c Frozen green peas (optional)

Bacon drippings

Chinese Fried Rice Preparation

Cut bacon into cubes and cook until crisp. Drain but keep drippings. Set bacon aside. Beat 3 eggs in bowl with a little water until well blended Heat wok over med high temp, pour 1 Tbl bacon fat drippings into wok. Pour eggs in wok, scramble until set and remove and set aside. Place 2 Tbl bacon fat drippings into wok. Place cold rice into wok and stir fry for 2 – 3 mins. Add sugar and soy sauce, stir fry until uniform in color. Add green onions, (peas – optional), bacon and cooked eggs. Stir fry for another minute, serve hot. You can add any other meats such as leftover cooked pork, chicken, ham, etc. Add with the green onions and peas. 

Ingredients for Chinese Fudge Recipe

1 pk Semi-sweet or sweet

-chocolate bits; (12 oz.)

3/4 c Peanut butter; (crunchy)

3 c Miniature marshmallows

1/2 c Chow mein noodles

Chinese Fudge Preparation

Melt chocolate bits and peanut butter in a glass mixing bowl in the microwave oven for 2 minutes. Stir to blend chocolate and peanut butter. Add marshmallows and chow mein noodles. Stir well again. Pour into lightly greased 8-inch square dish. Chill 1 1/2 hours or freeze until firm, about 30 minutes. Off center dishes in oven. Extras: maraschino cherries, mint chips, nuts or colored (green) marshmallows.
