Chinese yam lamb soup

Chinese yam lamb soup is a healthy soup in winter, it can help us tostrengthen the force.

Ingredients

700g lamb

300g Chinese yam

2carrots Seasoning

2tbsp salt

1small piece of ginger

4tbsp chives Shaoxing wine

2tbsp pepper

45minutes

Steps Chinese yam lamb soup:

1.Cut the carrots into pieces, chives and ginger slices into strips.
