The amount of the "agreed" acquisition amounts to 72 million euros and "is subject to further adjustments after closing," said CGM in its press release.

Based in Castries (Hérault), Epsilog publishes in particular the Vega software, an outpatient information system for masseurs-physiotherapists and nurses. With this acquisition, CGM is entering the medical auxiliaries market and strengthening its product portfolio.

CGM also praised the "perfect match" and the "complementary" product portfolios of the two companies "offering complete solutions to healthcare professionals and thus building an attractive service platform for future growth".

In 2018, Epsilog – which has 44,000 clients on the liberal medical auxiliaries market – achieved a turnover of more than 14 million euros and a profit before interest and taxes (Ebitda or Earnings Before Interest and Taxes Depreciation and Amortization) of around 5 million euros.
