Connect your tennis racket with Bigbow

[ad_1]

smart health connected tennis is nothing new. Fields, watches or accessories are plethora to increase the quality of play of fans of the yellow ball. Let's discover today a sensor to place at the end of snowshoes, from the Czech Republic: Bigbow.

Connect performance

Connecting your racket or tennis court is not very difficult. There are sometimes smart health connected walls to train, sometimes smart health connected watches / bracelets to analyze its performance, sometimes intelligent anti-vibrators. And if you're not hot to get a fully smart health connected racket, you can connect your own using a small sensor to place at the end of the handle.

This is what offers Proavis, a company of Czech origin. Its smart health connected sensor is called Bigbow, and it is designed to be easily attached to the handle of a tennis racket (provided it is compatible, but we will come back to that later). Thanks to various sensors (accelerometer, gyroscope and digital compass) and a connection Bluetooth 4.0 which connects everything to the user's smartphone, the user can accurately record their performance. Among the data collected, we find:

– The number shots,

– The cadence hits,

– The position hits,

– The type shots,

– The strength hits,

– The swing,

– The rotation.

All these parameters are dispatched, stored and analyzed to a dedicated application, which will present the data in the form of graphs, or send and process them directly on the Bigbow website. Everything can easily be shared via social networks.

Bigbow, limited connectivity

Although it is presented in a flatter form than its competitors, the smart health connected racket accessory is not currently compatible only with Head & Wilson brand models. No information on a future compatibility with other brands, or even with which OS the dedicated application works.

The price order in which Bigbow should be marketed also has not been communicated. In short, we don't know much, but we will keep you posted.
