Double A's – An Android AND Apple smartwatch

Double A’s is a pretty interesting and quite unique smartwatch, for the moment, since it connects to both an Android and an Apple environment.

Double A’s wants to offer the same functionality on Android and / or iOS devices. It combines a Premier S1 processor and a Hisilicon 925 processor.

To achieve this, its creators (Daniel Tan, Deric Law and Keline Woo) looked for a way to integrate a subsystem capable of managing those of Apple and Android. Configuring a computer system on a dual processor is a feat and a world first.

With the Double A’s watch, you will be able to manage your calls, sms or emails. It is based on audible alerts to warn you of their arrival on your Android and / or Apple smartphones. Its designers hope, with this smartwatch, to make this type of smart health smart health connected object more personal and customizable.

Currently, the smartwatch is raising funds on Indiegogo. The first backers will be able to receive it in March 2015 for the sum of 250 dollars.
