Emiota Belty – The Smart Belt

Imagined by Emiota, the Belty smart belt adjusts automatically according to the evolution of your waist.

With Emiota Belty, you really realize that you can find everything at CES. Brands compete in originality to present the smart health smart health connected object that will be talked about. This prototype smart belt therefore warns the user via the application if they have gained or lost weight.

Once Belty on you, it will tighten or loosen depending on the size of your belly. So it will also adjust when you sit down and stand up. I grant you, all that makes a little gadget but the belt Emiota Belty will also inform you if you sit too long and will encourage you to walk. Via the application, you can also define the minimum and maximum size of your belt; just to not lose your pants or to end up cut in half.

Finally, the Emiota Belty smart belt includes an accelerometer and gyroscope to record the exercise you are doing and synchronizes this information with the application. Hopefully designers Carine Coulm and Bertrand Dupla will revise their copy because this belt will be hard to match with our clothes.
