EverSleep wants to help you sleep better with Somno Health

With Somno Health, the company EverSleep decided to help us sleep better. This small smart health connected bracelet would embed a real sleep monitoring laboratory.

EverSleep is not the first to enter this market. For example, we have Withings with Aura or the Beddit mattress; that Apple has just bought. Other trackers also exist, including those from Fitbit, Jawbone or Misfit. So many smart health connected sleep trackers often have mixed results.

Somno Health was designed by a team of engineers specializing in the creation of medical devices and by a sleep clinician. Their promise: to do things a little differently and really help us sleep better. The device is worn on the wrist and works in conjunction with a sensor to be positioned on the fingers.

Somno Health will monitoring the amount of your sleep and track your movements like most trackers. What sets it apart is that it also uses four sensors. It also uses oxygen monitoring technology to monitoring oxygen levels in the blood. In addition to this measurement, the EverSleep device measures your pulse, respiratory function and body movements.

Other functionality: provide snoring analyzes, detect problems such as apnea and insomnia. It can also be used to better understand sports recovery. Measurements that normally cost thousands of dollars if performed by a sleep lab.

After the analysis, you will be able to discover on the dedicated application iOs and Android, a battery of advice on how to sleep better and to solve your sleep problems such as snoring.

EverSleep hopes to raise $ 40,000 through crowdfunding. If you are interested in this product, you will be able to pre-order this wearable from $ 99 in early bird. After the crowdfunding campaign, this product will cost $ 199. If the lift is successful, the product will be shipped in October 2017.
