Fitbit Charge 2 in hands-on: fitness tracker for the masses

Fitbit is the market leader in wearables by a huge margin – and sells more here than Samsung and Apple together. We were excited when the manufacturer announced two new fitness trackers shortly before the IFA – the Charge 2 and the Flex 2. In this hands-on we want to focus on the more elaborate of the two models. You can see how our first impression of Charge 2 turns out in the following ehealth.

The Charge 2 is certainly not aimed at competitive athletes – for example, there is no support for a chest strap for pulse measurement or the general possibility of connecting additional sensors. But for the general public, the latest Fitbit tracker should once again be an excellent opportunity to work on your own fitness – and thanks to the relaxation function not only physical, but also mental health.

You can find more reports, hands-ons and interviews from IFA 2016 on our topic page for the trade fair in Berlin.
