Fitbit Flex 2 in unboxing: package contents and setup

The Flex 2 is the first Fitbit tracker that is also suitable for swimming. The remaining functions are, however, rather simple: the gadget counts the steps of the user, monitors sleep and automatically recognizes workouts – but without a pulse sensor. A display like the Alta is also not on board.

On the other hand, the Flex 2 scores with the well-known and clear Fitbit app and with its modularity. The actual tracker can not only be worn in the simple silicone wristbands on the body, but also, for example, on a necklace or with a fashionable bangle.

We received our Review device this week – and unpacked and set it up for you right away. The following ehealth shows what is in the box and how the Fitbit Flex 2 connects to the smartphone.

You can find a few more impressions of the design of the fitness tracker in our hands-on ehealth on the Fitbit Flex 2 from IFA.
