Fitness classes and personal trainers at your health home

Fiit is a new fitness platform aimed at offering you fitness classes and renowned personal trainers directly at your health home, thus allowing you to leave your gym club.

Fiit uses a smartphone app to connect to your TV. You are then able to follow cardio type, strength type and rebalancing type from your living room. You can also follow your progress in real time thanks to a smart health connected chest strap.

The application offers a range of courses for users, with levels available depending on the difficulty, the target area, the type of music or simply the most popular training on the platform. For each of these cardio, strength and rebalancing workouts, you will be free to choose personal trainers such as Chessie King, Alex Crockford and Tyrone Brennand.

The good thing is that it’s really up to you to choose what you want or can do. You also choose the number of minutes for HIIT workouts. You can also choose to do only yoga-focused classes. On the app, you can find your weekly activity and calorie burning. During the exercise itself, statistics such as heart rate are displayed on the television. Leaderboards to compete with other Fiit users and friends will arrive in early May.
