Ingredients
50 g of soy noodles
2carrots
300g cooked prawns
1onion
1clove garlic
150g fresh bean sprouts
1small bunch fresh cilantro
25grams of black fungus
1plate of chicken dehydrated
2tbsp. tablespoons of peanut oil
2tbsp. tablespoons soy sauce
apinch of chilli powder
apinch ground black pepper.
Preparation food Chinese shrimp broth
Soakthe mushrooms in a bowl of hot water. Peel the onion and garlic, slice them,then peel the carrots and cut them into thin strips.
Heatthe oil in a casserole, skip ahead quickly onion and garlic, then pour 1 literof water. Add the chicken plate, sticks, carrots, drained and choppedmushrooms. Allow to simmer about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile,shell the shrimp, rinse the bunch of cilantro and pat dry with paper towels.Roughly break the noodles. Remove small brown filaments at the end of beansprouts and rinse them.
Plungethe noodles into the broth and let it cook for 4 minutes.
Atthe last minute, add the shrimp, bean sprouts and cilantro. Season with soysauce, chili and pepper.
Servehot with food Chinese shrimp broth.

In small bowl, combine vinegar, canola andsesame oil with 1 T. water; whisk in sesame seeds and ginger; set aside. 2.Divide lettuce, cabbage and water chestnuts evenly among 4 plates. Ingredients for Almond Buttercrunch Candy Recipe
1 c Almonds, slivered;blanched
1/2 c Butter
1/2 c Sugar
1 tb Corn syrup, light
Almond Buttercrunch Candy Preparation
Line bottom and sides of 8 or 9 inch cake pan with foil. Butter heavily. Combine almonds, butter, sugar and corn syrup in 10 inch skillet. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture turns golden brown, about 5 to 6 minutes. Quickly spread candy in prepared pan. Cool until firm. Remove candy from pan by lifting edges of foil. Break into pieces, if desired.
