Four colors ravioli-Chinese food and nutrition for January 29

Four colors ravioli

Four colors ravioli signify a wish for good future.Asa traditional Chinese pasta, ravioli are indispensable for the Chinese NewYear.

Ingredients

200g flour (medium protein content)

250gminced pork

6tbsp chopped parsley

3 eggs

150ggreen beans

1carrot

150g sturdy black fungus

seasoning

salt

2tbsp light soy sauce

1tbsp Shaoxing wine

1tbsp sugar

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp white pepper

1 tbsp powder to the thirteen vegetables

70minutes

Steps four colors ravioli:

1.Soak the ginger and spring onion in water, although pinch and form the gingerjuice and chives. Mix ground pork by pouring water ginger and spring onion (500g pork 150 g of water).

Bringthe broth to a simmer over low medium heat. Very slowly stream in the egg, usea fork to pull strands of the egg gently. Do not stir vigorously, you will havea mess if you do. Add white pepper and salt. Continue to cook until egg isdone. Serve promptly.

Use: 10-inch skillet Yields: 4 servings or one husband Heat oil in10-inch skillet and brown ribs over medium flame. When done remove ribs fromskillet and set aside. In oil remaining in skillet, saute onion, green pepperand garlic. Add pineapple juice, vinegar, water, ketchup, and soy sauce,stirring until smooth. Combine cornstarch and water and add to sauce with brownsugar. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and add ribs. Simmer,uncovered, 1 hour or until tender, stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
