It includes some 330 members, including a majority of groups and hospitals, accommodation establishments for dependent elderly people (Ehpad) and some shelters and associations in the medico-social and social fields.
"Our dynamic is 'dare to innovate' and the CES represents the opportunity to seek new technologies that could meet the needs and expectations of our members but also to develop our network", explained Francis Fournereau.
Invited to exhibit its solutions in Las Vegas by the New Aquitaine Region, the SILPC hopes that the event will allow it to "make itself known and share with industrialists and actors in the region to create territorial synergies".
"We were created to innovate and we are responding today to an opening mission," added the director general of GIP. "It may seem insane but the CES also allows us to come to meet French partners, perhaps more easily than in France," he noted.
Open to private as well as public and "even international" partnerships, SILPC came "to seek the best solutions to allow (its) members to acquire the innovations that will help them".
The Dem @ 'TIC Santé platform as a showcase
The consortium, which offers, among other things, cross-functional services such as HDS approved hosting (health data host), electronic archiving with probative value approved by the State services, third-party electronic transmission, secure health messaging or even interoperability, relies on its dem @ materialization platform Dém @ 'TIC Santé to attract CES visitors.
This service platform is compatible with many applications provided by publisher partners and integrates various solutions: timeline viewer, chatbot, artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, etc.
Designed to be a transversal and complementary solution to the historical services of healthcare establishments, the platform must also allow "support in the digital transformation and optimization of members' business processes", Alexis Gardenne, technical director of Democratic pole of SILPC.
"The platform is in web mode and integrates tools based on the same technologies based on current standards with an objective of interoperability and openness towards business solutions present in the beneficiary structure", a- he detailed.
The objective is "to free the end user from the technical complexity which is based on more than 30 servers. The technical side is completely hidden from the user who has the impression of browsing a simple fluid and ergonomic website composed different modules adapted to his profession. "
The SILPC is pleased that about "twenty partners" are already integrated into Dém @ 'TIC Santé including Alfresco, VieViewer and Docaposte.
"Our offer is experiencing a strong growth phase. We have 80,000 referenced users including 4,000 people already smart health connected to the platform. In addition, we are carrying out ambitious projects of which more than 130 are launched. And a second version of the solution is planned to increase its technological efficiency ", detailed the technical director.
While waiting to benefit from the spinoffs of its first CES, SILPC is working on the construction of a data center located in New Aquitaine and "open to external dynamics, communities, public bodies, start-ups or interested industrialists" .
In addition to the presence of GIP SILPC, its Burgundy equivalent CPage also made the trip to Las Vegas for this 2020 edition of CES, alongside French Tech Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, as a "simple visitor", without having a stand or exhibiting its hospital IT solutions.
