Fried beef curry
Ingredientsfor fried beef curry/ 6 people
500 g beef (thin fade …)
1red pepper
1green pepper
1large zucchini
1shallot
1clove of garlic
1-2small bottles of soy sauce
2teaspoons curry
1package of noodles
sesameoil (optional)
1pepper (optional)

PREPARATIONFried beef curry
1Mince the beef, shallots and garlic. Make the marinade by mixing soy sauce andcurry; marinate meat, shallot and garlic for at least 30 minutes.
2Cut the zucchini into slices and slice the peppers and chili. Fry in atablespoon of oil 5 to 10 minutes.
3Rid vegetables. Cook meat with all marinades about 5 minutes.
4Boil water and dip the noodles for 4 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
5Add the vegetables to the meat and cook for 5-10 minutes.
Finally
Addnoodles and mix well.

Serve with veggies or crackers.

1/2 c White vinegar1/3 c Sugar1/4 c Water2 tb Salt1 ts Dried whole dillweed1 lg Onion, thinly sliced and-separated into rings

Combine first5 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Add sliced onion and toss gently tocombine. Cover and chill for at least 5 hours. Serve with cooked meats. Yield:2 cups.
