Ingredients for work fried chicken noodles/ 2 persons

150 g snow peas

PREPARATION fried chicken noodles

1Prepare your vegetables, wash them. Peel the carrot and cut it in halflengthwise and then expand it into wedges 3 mm thick. Chop the spring onions, onions and Chinese cabbage bybooking separately. Cook snow peas 1 minute in boiling water and cool immediatelyin cold water and ice, do the same with the carrot. Detail your peppers intostrips 5 mm thick.

Chesapeake BayCrab Cakes Parsley, lemon wedges, tartar sauce as desired Using an electricblender or wire whisk, beat together mustard, lemon juice and egg untilthoroughly combined. While beating vigorously, gradually pour 4 Tbs of oliveoil into the egg mixture in a thin stream. When smooth and creamy, stir in saltand pepper. Gently fold in crabmeat, then bread crumbs and cayenne pepper.Shape into 8 patties, each about a half-inch thick. They will want to fallapart, but that’s the idea of a good crab cake. You want only enough non-crabstuff to just barely bind them. Melt butter together with 2 Tbs of olive oil inskillet over medium heat. When butter sizzles (but before it burns!) gentlyease the crab cakes into the skillet to cook. When well browned (2 to 3minutes), gently turn and cook other side. Drain on paper towels. Serveimmediately. Makes 4 main-course servings, 8 appetizers.

GrilledSausage Sandwiches Preparation

In heavysaucepan, heat oil over medium heat; cook onion and garlic, stirringoccasionally, for 5 minutes or until softened. Add red pepper and hot pepperflakes; cook for 2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, parsley, salt and pepper; bringto boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 20 minutes or until thickened. Meanwhile, cutsausages lengthwise almost all the way through. Open and place, cut side down,on greased grill over medium-high heat; cook for about 5 minutes per side oruntil crisp on outside and no longer pink inside. Slice each roll in halfhorizontally; toast, cut side down, for 2 to 3 minutes or until just golden.Top each bottom half with lettuce and sausage; spoon tomato sauce over top.Sprinkle with Parmesan; cover with top half of roll. Makes 4 servings.
