Fry ginkgo celery

Ingredients fry ginkgo celery

80g of fruit ginkgo

250g celery

½red pepper

seasoning

glutamatesalt

1tbsp sugar

1tbspchopped garlic

3 g of chopped ginger Sunflower oil

10minutes

Steps fry ginkgo celery:

1.Cut the celery and red pepper into pieces.

2.Bring water to a boil in a pan then add the celery and ginkgo fruit for 2minutes to soak in cold water.

3.Put sunflower oil in a pan, add the garlic and ginger chopped beforehand.

4.Add the celery and Ginkgo fruits, and the salt and sugar. Fried over high heatfor 1 minute.

5.Finally, add the red pepper and glutamate. Fried over medium heat and serve.

5c Light; Clear Chicken Stock

10md Fresh Shrimp

8Water Chestnuts

2Green Onions

1ts Salt

Wash, shell and devein the shrimp. Slice thewater chestnuts into thin circles. Mince the whole green onions. Heat the stockin a medium saucepan. Add the green onions and water chestnuts. Bring to aboil. Add the shrimp and the salt. Adjust seasoning. Return to a boil. Servehot.

1/4c Onion, minced

1ds White pepper

1/2tb Curry powder (to 1T)

Oilfor deep frying

1/2c Celery, minced

2tb Dried Oriental mushrooms

1tb Light soy sauce

3/4lb Won ton wrappers

ChineseTacos Preparation

Mince& soak oriental mushrooms. Combine pork, celery, onion, mushrooms, whitepepper, soy sauce and curry powder and mix well. Place 1 teaspoon filling justoff center of each won ton wrapper. Fold wrapper over filling, formingrectangle. Pleat open edges and press to seal. Fry in deep oil heated to 375Funtil golden brown.
