Fry pork with bok choy-365 days Chinese healthy recipes for May 26

Fry pork with bok choy

Ingredientsfor fry pork with bok choy / 4 people

600 g pork fillet cut into 2 cm x 1 cm

400 g bok choy (Chinese smallcabbage)

150 g fresh bean

30 g of dried blackmushrooms to soak in hot water

1onion

4cloves of garlic

2pinches of MSG

5tablespoons soy sauce thick

1tablespoon peanut oil

3tablespoons white wine

salt

pepper

Total time 35 minutes

1.Cutthe meat into strips 1 cm 2. Salt( little) and pepper the pork . Also chop onions and black mushrooms .

2.Separate the white stems of theleaf bok choy and cut the stem 2 inits length. Chop the leaves. Book .

3.Heat a wok (or large skillet ),then add the peanut oil . Add the meat and 2 pinches of MSG . Add 2 clovesgarlic, pressed on the meat. Fry over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add theequivalent of 3 tablespoons soy sauce thick and 2 tablespoons of white wine.Let reduce for 5 minutes. Reserve meat.

4.Wok with 3 tablespoons water(approximately). Add the chopped onion . Fry all for 1 minute then add theblack mushrooms stirring constantly . Fry for 2 minutes. Press the remaininggarlic 2 cloves and add them . Add the white stems of bok choy. Re – wet ifnecessary. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce thick . Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Finally for fry pork with bok choy

Addthe chopped green leaves of bok choy. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring withoutstopping. Add the fresh bean . Stir them gently for 2 minutes. Add the meatalways stirring gently for 1 minutes.

1 c Water1 tb Curry powder2/3 c Tahini2 tb Soy sauce

CurriedSesame Sauce Preparation

Put allingredients in a small pot & simmer. Stir constantly. Cook for 5 or 6minutes or till mixture thickens. Remove from heat, cover & let sit for awhile. Store left overs in fridge. Makes 2 cups. Serve on mashed potatoes,biscuits, pasta or vegetables.
