PREPARATIONgarlic bok choy
1Separate branches of bok choy, wash them and dry them. Cut the ribs into stripsand chop the leaves. Peel and finely chop the onions. Peel the garlic clovesand cut them into slices.
2Cook the strips 10 minutes to steam.
3Heat a little oil in a wok, add the sliced garlic and lightly brown. Remove from the wok and setaside.
4Put the onion and ginger in the wok. Cook 1 minutes before adding the bok choy(leaves and blades) and tomato puree. Let simmer for 5 minutes before turningthe garlic and add the soy sauce and sesame oil. Pepper.

Cut pieces atjoints discarding wing tips. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Placewings in shallow baking dish, careful not to crowd. Pour sauce on wings.Marinade overnight in refrig. Leave marinade in pan and bake wings at 325degrees F. (163 degrees C.) for 1 1/2 hours. Tangy Potted Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
4 oz Cheddar cheese
1ts Coarsely ground mustard
1/4 c Butter, softened
1/4ts Worcestershire sauce
1tb Port or sherry
1/4 c Walnuts, coarsely chopped
4Green onions, finely chopped
Crackersor melba toast
1/2ts Caraway seeds
Freshparsley sprigs (opt)

Finelygrate cheese into a bowl. Add butter and mix well. Stir in port, green onions,caraway seeds, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly until wellcombined. Spoon mixture into a serving dish. Cover with walnuts and presswalnuts down lightly into mixture. Chill at least 2 hours. Serve with crispcrackers or Melba toast and garnish with parsley sprigs, if desired. VARIATION:Add 1 teaspoon chopped fresh herbs and a few pinches cayenne pepper to taste.NOTE: This spread will keep in a refrigerator for up to 5 days.
