GHT Yvelines Sud to deploy DPI "Hopital Manager" from Softway Medical

At the GHT level, "a single solution has been chosen for all sectors of activity and care to optimize patient care", the DPI Hopital Manager (Softway Medical), specifies the CH of Versailles.

This decision was taken on the basis of specifications drawn up by a working group. The work was carried out "with the support of the team of the information systems and digital management (DSIN) of the Versailles hospital center and of the GHT, led by Stéphane Harnisch".

"We started this project in early 2019 with more than 70 medical professionals and caregivers and information systems specialists," said David Jaccou, project director at DSIN, cited in the press release. This dynamic must continue "in particular thanks to a joint design and support team for deployment to all the establishments concerned".

"This tool is essential to improve the healthcare offer in the area and encourage medical teams to make advanced, local consultations," said Dr Benoît Vignes, president of the medical college of GHT Yvelines Sud, also quoted in the press release.

"The computerization of patient medical records will allow healthcare professionals to quickly and securely access patient data, their shared medical record (DMP), tools developed by the ARS (regional health agency) Ile -from France. They will also benefit from a common database of inter-establishment practices ", specifies the CH.

Deployment "from 2021"

The implementation of DPI will start with the definition of a "common core" for each establishment and by the deployment of exchange and sharing functionalities, "first steps necessary for the development of specific modules concerning the operating room, psychiatry or still radiology, "the statement said.

The deployment of the DPI "thus configured by all the actors will be deployed from 2021" at the Vésinet hospital, the accommodation establishment for dependent elderly people (Ehpad) Les Aulnettes com Viroflay, at the CH com Plaisir, then at the CH of Versailles.

At the same time, an adaptation of the DPI of the hospitals of Bullion and Chevreuse, already users of the Hopital Manager solution, will be carried out.

The La Mauldre, Houdan and Rambouillet establishments will be gradually equipped from 2022.
