Hellocare adds Online Calendar to its solution

Hellocare – e-health platform that connects patients and healthcare professionals – adds new functionality to its solution HELLOCARE CONNECT : Agenda ! 100% online and without download, complete and easy to use to simplify appointment scheduling and management.This new brick has been designed to create an ecosystem of functionalities that promotes healthy exchanges. This responds to a request from practitioners who wanted to be able to find and organize all of their meetings (teleconsultation, health home and office consultation) within their existing teleconsultation tool.

A flexible and practical agenda

The Hellocare agenda allows doctors to better manage their planning because it groups their availability for teleconsultations as well as for office consultations. Making patient appointments is thus optimized.Adapted to the doctor’s specialty, the calendar is very easy to use: the doctor can organize his days by very simply changing his availability ranges, from his mobile, his computer or even his tablet *.

A tailor-made solution

Thanks to multi-channel management, appointments can be defined for the practice, health home or even teleconsultation. This feature – identifiable by visual cues – allows practitioners to quickly and easily know which consultation channel the patient has chosen.

Added to this is the possibility ofadd comments when making an appointment (for example: the reason for the consultation). This allows doctors to anticipate the appointment, contact the patient to propose another mode of consultation if necessary, or even establish statistical reports of the reasons for consultation by period.

The online agenda offers interesting features to facilitate the daily lives of doctors: the appointment reminder, quick access links for teleconsultation, appointment scheduling by patients, or the possibility of being visible only to one's own patients (for those who wish to be exclusive from their patient base).
