During this confinement period, the number of teleconsultations explodes: to cope with this massive deployment, Boulanger teams are providing technical support to the startup to facilitate use on the patient and doctor sides.

Indeed, Hellocare records a considerable increase in calls: 9 times more doctors registered on the platform and 3 times more calls from patients!

Boulanger experts help patients and doctors use teleconsultation via a specific number: 09 70 26 85 90 and answer technical questions: how to configure your webcam? Which browser to use? How to Review your internet connection? Etc. Users get a quick response and can use the service optimally.
