Hellocare sets up a psychological support unit
In this period of health crisis, the French population is lonely, confined in a very closed circle. The psychological impact of confinement and fear of the virus is felt. The teleconsultation being particularly adapted to psychological follow-up, we decided to set up a free follow-up cell.
With the help of several psychotherapists, we are setting up an emergency solidarity system, "Solidarity Psy Covid-19", allowing people who need immediate psychological support to consult. Volunteer psychotherapists make themselves available above all to ask words, listen, support and advise people according to their mental state.
Teleconsultations are completely free and by appointment. Many slots are available in order to be able to get a quick response.
