Hong Kong Noodles
Ingredientsfor Hong Kong Noodles / for 2 persons
2plates of noodles (cook 3 minutes)
1large onion
5tablespoons soy sauce thick
4tablespoons soy sauce normal (adjust to taste)
2cloves of garlic
1red pepper medium size (adjust to taste)
1teaspoon sesame oil
1tablespoon peanut oil
200 g of snap beans
300 g cubes pre-fried tofu(default to use fresh tofu and caramelize in a pan with soy sauce and sesameoil)
3spring onions (for decoration)

PREPARATIONHong Kong Noodles
1Blanch the beans and drain. Book. Cook the noodles. The switch to cold water,drain. Book. This step can be done simultaneously with step 2.

Saute zucchini and onion in reserved marinadefor 5 minutes. Geat eggs in medium bowl until foamy. Stir in cream, milk, salt,savory and pepper. Spoon zucchini nd onions into shell. Add artichokes.Sprinkle with cheese. Pour on eggs and cream. Bake at 425 f. for 15 minutes. then lower heat to 350 F. Bake for 20 minutes. until knife comesout clean. Cool 15 minutes before serving.
