In addition to our video tutorials, we’re finding that some customers prefer to read through the tutorials. Below is a complete written guide on how to perform the unique Anti-Aging Crystal Facial at home.

Anti-Aging Crystal Facial Treatment

  1. Thoroughly clean the skin

  2. Put 4-5 pumps of the crystal serum on your hands

  3. Gently massage the serum into the skin, upwards and outwards

  4. Once the skin is evenly covered with the serum, use the jade roller to massage the serum deeply into the skin

  1. To use the crystal or jade roller, please follow these instructions

  2. Start on the right side of the face and then repeat on the left side

  3. Use long, gentle strokes, starting at the neck, and gently rolling up from the neck to the chin about 5-10 times

  4. Roll out from the chin along the jaw line

  5. Gradually move upwards, rolling the entire cheek area outwards

  6. Roll gently from the edge of your nose under your eyes

  7. Next, roll up the entire cheek

  8. From the lateral corner of the eye, the eyes roll outwards over the crow’s feet

  9. Roll outwards from the center of the forehead

  10. Roll up from the tip of the nose to the hairline

  11. Continue rolling upwards across the entire forehead

  12. Once you have completed this, the crystal serum is fully absorbed into your skin and there is no need to clean it before the next step

  1. Once you have completed the crystal roller massage, you can apply the Anti-Aging organic green tea facial oil

  2. Put half a drop of oil directly into your hands.

  3. Rub your hands together, then gently massage the oil upwards and outwards into your skin

  4. The oil is designed to be absorbed more slowly as a small amount left on the skin will allow the gua sha to glide more gently over the skin

  1. To use your jade gua sha or other crystal gua sha please follow these instructions.

  2. Always start on the right side of the face as this is traditionally believed to be the way energy flows.

  3. Begin by stroking the tip of the Gua Sha in straight lines up the face from the chin and outward across the cheeks.

  4. Then swipe up and out over the same area in a zigzag motion.

  5. Using the “fishtail” end of the comb, start at the chin by sweeping up the line of the jaw, using the fishtail to rock the jawline.

  6. Using the long curved side of the comb, gently sweep down the side of the nose, under the eyes and outwards.

  7. Use the long curved side of the comb to sweep outwards and upwards over the temples.

  8. Use the long curved side of the comb to sweep outwards from the center of the forehead.

  9. Repeat this process slowly, moving your forehead up.

  10. Repeat this process on the left side of the face.

  11. For problem wrinkles, it’s good to target them by stretching the skin on both sides of the crease and then using the pointed end of the gua sha to massage along the crease in a zigzag motion. This ensures a strong blood flow to the base of the wrinkles.

  12. At the end of the massage, insert the pointed end of the Gua Sha into the indentation in front of the ear. Gently sweep up and around the ear, then down the neck. Traditionally, this was used to drain any toxins that had built up in the skin during the massage.
