IHealth AM3 smart health connected Bracelet
[ad_1]
The iHealth AM3 Tool Fitness smart health bracelet measures and analyzes our daily activity as well as our sleep.
One comes out detailed and in-depth study of our sleep rhythm : from the duration of each phase to the interpretation of our movements when we sleep but also the quality of our naps.
And during the day, the device turns into a pedometer that counts our steps and converts them into distance traveled and calories burned. But the real strength of the device is in its alarms that only you can hear.
The device alarm can be set to wake you up gently at the time you set without the person sleeping next to you noticing. The alarm of the smart health connected bracelet AM3 also triggers discreetly when you stood still for a long time and not only stops when you have made a few movements.
In this way and without necessarily being aware of it, the breaks to get a cup of coffee at the other end of the corridor or the ascent and descent of the stairs to reach the floors rather than taking the elevator, or even the simple pacing your desk to stop the device alarm make you burn calories. Take advantage of these short breaks to "get moving" and your health can only improve.
The Ihealth AM3 then records all the data of your activities and your calories burned on your IOS device (4S + for the iPhone, 3+ for the iPad, and 5th generation for the iPod Touch) which you will place at close to the AM3. Synchronization is done through the network Bluetooth from your phone.

Applications built into the device
IHealth Am3 employs a 3-axis accelerometer for capture each of our actions and to qualify our sleep. But Am3 is also a great wireless oximeter thanks to the Ihealth SpO2 application which measures the number of beats our heart makes in a minute. Finally, like any iHealth smart health connected device, AM3 also works with iHealth MyVitals which you can download for free from the Apple Store.
IHealth AM3 Activity & Sleep Tracker can be worn on the wrists or attached to your belt. If you choose to wear it around the waist, remember to always use the clip, supplied with the blood pressure monitoring, because it is clicked on to change from wrist mode to waist mode, the waist mode providing to the device more precision than the watch mode. Incidentally, the iHealth Am3 bracelet is 95-97% accurate.
