IHealth Lite HS4S smart health connected scale Review

The iHealth Lite HS4S smart health connected scale is the “lightest” model in the iHealth range of scales, the manufacturer of smart health connected health products. It is a simple scale without the impedance meter function. We tested it.

Presentation

The box contains the scale, a quick start guide, a user manual and 4 AAA batteries.

The screen is invisible when the scale is turned off. Only the iHealth brand appears on the set.

Use & Getting started

Download the application

To transmit the data to your smartphone or tablet, you must first download the iHealth MyVitals app from the App Store or Google Play, depending on the model of your smartphone or tablet. You will find on our applications page all the necessary links.

Once the application is installed, you must then create an account to be able to use it. iHealth MyVitals gives you 24/7 access to your history and easy-to-read graphs to get to know your body better. The app supports blood pressure monitors, scales, pulse oximeters and iHealth smart health connected activity and sleep bracelets.

The iHealth MyVitals app is fairly standard in its use. It allows you to follow the evolution of your weight over a given period. You can also export your data by email (text, image or csv format) or by social networks.

It is also possible to manually enter the data and have a summary of all its data in tabular form (also including blood pressure, activity and sleep and the pulse oximeter measurements).
