IKEA wants health home automation to be accessible to everyone

Trådfi is the health home Smart collection from Swedish health home furniture manufacturer IKEA. The goal is to make smart health home systems as accessible and affordable as possible. Another good point for IKEA, the brand has just announced that its products will work with Alexa, HomeKit and Google health home from this year.

In this collection IKEA health home automation, we first have the Kit Gateway, which has two white spectrum LED bulbs, a remote control and a gateway that connects them. There is also a Trådfi application that allows you to control and preset light configurations. Then we have wireless motion detection and motion detection kits. We also have a kit with an LED bulb with a motion detection device and a kit with an LED bulb and a remote control. The cheapest kit is the kit with a warm white bulb sold for around 15 euros. Finally, the brand imagined furniture doors embodying LED technology. Surte doors are compatible with Bestå wardrobes while Jormiens are compatible with the Metod collection. A very good idea, unique on the market.
