Improve your position in front of your computer with Nekoze

When working at a computer, it is not uncommon to bend over. Whether you realize it or not, this position is particularly bad for your back. Nekoze is a little cat to install on his computer. Via the camera, he warns when the wrong position is adopted.

A meow is what may sound like your work tool if you are still slumped. Enough to get drunk on the whole open space or run away from migraines, but it's for a good cause. Nekoze is a little cat, invented by developer Katsuma Tanaka, to adopt on your Mac. The animal uses the computer's webcam to monitoring its owner's posture. If it does not stand up well, the little assistant meows until he regains a good position.

The application is free, but not yet fully developed, Nekoze apparently not yet differentiating between a person holding badly or bending over just to grab a document. A defect which can quickly become annoying in the long run.

But the idea is not bad and for once a cat has something else in mind than to eat, to drop your things and between two naps to construct a Machiavellian plot to take control of the universe, we will not to complain…
