Interview: three tips for living longer

Living well and long is certainly a universal concern, but unfortunately we are not all equal in the face of old age and life expectancy is not the same for everyone. ABSMARTHEALTH-Sciences interviewed Vera Gorbunova, researcher in biology, during her speech at TEDxCannes, so that she gives us some tips for living longer.

With age, the cells of an organism age and are less and less efficient in their tasks. According to Vera Gorbunova, researcher in biology, it is possible to slow down this degeneration by eating less. Indeed, for reasons not well known, but proven by experience, this could prolong thelife expectancy.

Eat fruits and vegetables also seem to be important because some of their molecules are beneficial for the body. However, again, the reasons are not fully explained. Against all expectations, the sport would not lengthen the duration of life, but above all to stay in shape and avoid certain pathologies if you live long.
