The Network as a business accelerator?
Who are you and what are your plans and goals for the Chinese Business Club this year?
I am Harold Parisot, I am the founder of the Chinese Business Club, the 1er French business network. I confirm that there is a lot of news for the Club! First important point and as a reminder, the Chinese Business Club was Franco-Chinese until Covid.
For 3 years and while waiting for the Chinese to return, the Club is now 90% Franco-French. The idea in passing is to internationalize the Circle. More and more African and Middle Eastern ambassadors are present at the Chinese Business Club.
Harold Parisot, French Business?
In this regard, the 3 key words are international, business and networking.
The objective is to promote French companies and brands in France and internationally. Regarding business, it’s really an Anglo-Saxon club, member companies expect a return on investment and are there to multiply business opportunities. Finally, the objective is to develop its network and its high-level address book throughout the year during business lunches in Paris.
And it works because the club has a high rate of satisfaction and loyalty with 90% renewal of member companies every year!
After having received the big bosses of the CAC40 such as Total, L’Oréal, Club Med and Pernod Ricard as guests of honor, my objective is to highlight the entrepreneurs of French unicorns: we therefore recently received BlaBlaCar, Qonto, Ledger and Back Market but there are still many more! On this subject, I announce to you in preview that we will receive as guest of honor Roxanne Varza, director of Station F on April 17th.
And during lunch on March 7, as every year in March, we will award the Woman of the Year Award to Virginie Ledoyen. In previous years, we had hosted Sophie Marceau, Carla Bruni, Monica Bellucci and Alexandra Lamy at the Chinese Business Club.
The startup effect
Finally and to conclude, the project under development is to accelerate the arrival at the Chinese Business Club of start-ups, VSEs and SMEs in all areas of activity.
Indeed, the idea is to offer the power and network of the Club as a turnkey address book available to business leaders and entrepreneurs. I am convinced that high-level networking is a real business accelerator. The idea of being in contact with decision-makers every month is a real time saver. Seeing each other again allows us to create synergies and business opportunities between the members.
