LG KizON arrives in Europe this week

Child safety is a fairly popular topic among technology manufacturers. The Korean giant LG has already been selling its smart health connected bracelet since the beginning of summer, which makes it possible to follow the location of his child in real time (if he is wearing it). As we wrote at the time, the KizON incorporates a SIM 2G as well as a GPS module, which allows parents to ensure the safety of young children. Everything is obviously environmentally friendly and certified as non-dangerous for sensitive skin. Several scenarios are possible:

  1. If the child deviates too far from a predefined area, the parents receive a notification

  2. If the parents call the child and the child does not pick up, the intercom on the bracelet is activated automatically

  3. If necessary, the child can activate an emergency call on his bracelet to warn his parents of a danger.

The KizON has an autonomy of 36 hours, so you will have to think of recharging it every night.

In his official press release, LG announced that the KizON will be released this week "in Poland and then in other European markets". The two basic colors (blue and pink) will be available, but we can certainly have access to variants as is the case in Korea, where cartoon characters appear on the bracelet. However, we still do not know the price of KizON.
