Lily celery Goji
Ingredients Lily celery Goji
300g celery
150g fresh lilies
1tbsp goji berry
seasoning
½tbsp salt
½ tbsp sugar Olive oil
5minutes
Steps Lily celery Goji:
1.Cut the celery into pieces and divide lily petals.
2.Soak the goji berries, and then remove.
3.Put a little olive oil in a pan and add the celery. Sauté for 1 minute and ahalf.
4.Pour the lily and fry for 1 minute.
5.Finally, add goji berries. Then add salt, sugar. Make uniformly skip all. PourIt Up.

1/2lb Tender boneless beef, such
–as sirloin, cut crosswise
–into scant 1/4 inch slices
1-1/2tb Sesame seeds
1lg Broccoli stalk
1/2Yellow bellpepper, thinly sl
1/2c Canned beef broth
2tb Soy sauce
1tb Ginger, peeled, minced
1lg Garlic clove
1ts Cornstarch
1/4ts Dried crushed red pepper
3tb Vegetable oil
Chinese:Spicy Sesame Beef Stir-Fry Preparation
Combinebeef strips with 1-1/2 tablespoons sesame seeds in small bowl. Toss to coatwell. Cut florets off broccoli stalk. Peel stalk and thinly slice crosswise.Combine broccoli florets and stalk with yellow pepper in medium bowl. Stirbroth, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, cornstarch, and crushed red pepper in smallbowl until cornstarch dissolves. Heat 1-1/2 tablespoons oil in wok or heavylarge skillet over high heat. Add beef and stir-fry until brown, about 2minutes. Using slotted spoon, transfer beef to plate. Heat remaining 1-1/2tablespoons oil in wok. Add broccoli and peppers and cover wok. Add beef andaccumulated juices from plate. Simmer until sauce thickens, stirringoccasionally, about 1 minute. Transfer beef mixture to platter. Sprinkle withtoasted sesame seeds if desired and serve.

1tb Pale dry sherry
1tb Soy sauce
Freshlyground pepper
2ts Cornstarch
1/4lb Flank steak; thinly sliced
-andcut into bite-size
-pieces
1tb Oil
4-1/4c Chicken stock
2ts Salt
2Tomatoes; peeled and roughly
-chopped
2Eggs; beaten
1tb Chopped scallion
ChineseBeef and Tomato Soup Preparation
Mix together the sherry, soy sauce, pepper andcornflour (cornstarch) in a bowl. Add the beef and turn until well coated. Heatthe oil in a pan. Add the beef and stir-fry until it becomes brown. Add thestock and salt and bring to the boil. Add the tomato pieces. Cook for 5minutes, reduce the heat and slowly pour in the beaten eggs, without stirringso that they resemble clouds floating on top of the soup. Garnish with thechopped spring onion (scallion) and serve immediately.
