Measure your power while running with Stryd

[ad_1]

Stryd is a small sensor reserved for runners that allows you to analyze your power in real time to adapt it to your goals.

Power as an indicator

Stryd is a tiny sensor that clings to your sports shorts and will collect your power and impact during your run in real time. Compatible with Bluetooth Smart and ANT +, it will be able to synchronize with most smartphones and smart health connected sports watches. You will have additional information on your progress and your running sessions. But if your watch is not compatible, Stryd can still inform you of your power in other ways such as your cadence or your heart rate.

A sensor that adapts to you

Stryd is also able to assess your form based on your power. And when your power decreases, Stryd knows that you are getting tired and advises you to stop so as not to injure yourself. This little sensor can also tell you how much power is right for your type of exercise in real time so you can change your pace and stay as efficient as possible. It will of course be based on your physical condition to be able to progress safely. On this point, the Stryd looks a bit like Stridalyser, the smart health connected sole that warns you when you are running poorly.

Thanks to its audio feedback, Stryd will be able to tell you after each session, what were the weak points and the strong points : your pace, the impact of your strides, and other things that will help you be most effective when you run.

StrydConnect

Thanks to its iOS and Android compatible application, you will be able to record your exercises, set goals, share your progress and compare yourself to other runners. You will also have fitness-based programs to train for races or just run.

A real hit on KickStarter, the campaign is still running until April, Stryd will be available for € 120 in September 2020.
