This survey was conducted online from March 23 to 29, with a representative sample of French people aged 18 and over, and adjusted according to the quota method.

Among those polled who believe that digital health is a “bad thing”, those who “have the feeling of having a poor mastery of digital tools” (31%) and / or “feel rather disadvantaged regarding access to healthcare (31% ) or technologies (36%) “are the most represented.

Conversely, respondents who “have the feeling of mastering digital tools” are 89% in favor, as are those who “feel rather favored regarding access to care (90%) or to technologies (91%)” .

Half (49%) believe that in the future, people “who do not master digital tools well enough” will be “less well cared for”.

Among these, women (53%) and those over 50 are over-represented (60%).

Similarly, 47% believe that digital health “will rather distance the French from the health system because of the difficulties of access to digital technologies in certain areas and for certain people”.
