Ingredients for mouthfuls of tuna

300g tuna fillet skinless

1tsp. tablespoon ground coriander

1tsp. tablespoon ground cumin

1tsp. tablespoon paprika

2tsp. tablespoons olive oil

Preparation mouthfuls of tuna

Rinsetuna with fresh water and dry it thoroughly. Cut into cubes of 2 to 3cm side.
