Mushroom Chicken agrocybe

500g of chicken
200g of a mushroom agrocybe little onion

Steps Mushroom Chicken agrocybe:
1.Wash the chicken and cut it into pieces.
2.Pour water that can cover 2/3 chicken and 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine in a wok, addthe chicken pieces and boil.
3.Remove the chicken pieces and rinse thoroughly.
4.Wash the onion and red peppers. Cut the onion into small pieces.
5.Wash agrocybe mushrooms and celery. Cut the celery into slices and red pepperinto pieces.
6.Heat a little chili oil in the pan, then add the onion, spring onion andginger. Although blow.
7.Add the chicken pieces.

Remove foil, reduce heat to 300degrees and continue baking another 30 minutes, basting wings with drippingsevery 10 minutes. When wings are brown, remove and drain on paper towels. Servehot or cold.
