NDMAC – The smart health connected Bar

The NDMAC smart health connected Bar is an ambitious and exciting global project developed for almost 3 years by Jean François Istin who, after having been the founder of the Brasserie com Bretagne (Britt beers, Sant-Erwann, Celtika…) to develop the idea of a big data smart health connected bar with 3 partners.

The smart health connected bar is now patented worldwide and takes the form of a liquid pressure cabinet / table. This table is mobile, design and incorporates ecological beer / wine / cider and soda / juice kegs… It is also the crux of a new type of social network that the young company is currently developing.

The machines are installed in all RHD locations (pubs, bars, hotels, restaurants, clubs, pop-up bars, etc.) The start-up of 8 engineers and 2 employees has already won numerous regional, national and international distinctions (Popai, West- Web Festival, Sirha…)

They also established 3 technical partners with world or European leaders (HMY, KeyKeg, Selbach …), and discuss with world leaders in the internet. With a "disruptive" business model like "Uber" "AirBnb" "Booking.com" … they want to install, in a few years, a few hundred thousand machines and deliver a few billion liters of user-friendly drinks.

The first prototype was successfully launched last year at the Ceili pub in Quimper and after another year of R&D, they are now in "serial" version. This year was also an opportunity to run a program of around twenty fairs and showcases around the world.

NDMAC Connected Bar

At the beginning of July, they will have installed 11 "serial" machines -> 1 in the United States, 1 at Xavier Niel's École42, 1 at the Oceania Porte com Versailles and the other 8 in Brittany. The start-up places them in different sites of use (pub, bar, hotel, campsite, night club …) in order to analyze product associations, the place of wine … and to refine their business model.
