Neato made an announcement yesterday: its robot vacuum cleaner is now usable with a smartwatch. Not sure if it is really useful but the news still makes a lot of noise.

Neato therefore explained that its small robot vacuum cleaner Botvat smart health connected, which is sold at a price of 699 dollars, is the first robot vacuum cleaner you can control with an Apple watch or an Android Wear terminal. As long as you are smart health connected to the same WiFi network, you can start and stop the cleaning program but also receive notifications directly on your smart health connected watch about what your vacuum cleaner is doing.

As a reminder, this vacuum cleaner offers new features such as a high-capacity lithium-ion battery, ECO mode and Turbo mode. It also has a new filter capable of capturing twice as many small particles and sucking up 50 percent more dust. Another improvement: this smart health connected robot vacuum cleaner offers cleaning four times closer to the edge of the walls.

Personally, I find that this brand and its Botvat smart health connected is a much better alternative to Roomba 980 from iRobot. For 200 dollars less, the Neato model cleans up just as well; and especially in cramped places. In short, if this classified ad is not exceptional in itself, it brings a little functionality in addition to an already well supplied product. Imagine yourself by the pool sipping a small cocktail. You will not have to lift your buttocks from the deckchair to make your vacuum cleaner do the cleaning. Isn't life beautiful ?!
