The Hellocare app wants to put an end to the problems of time, distance and waiting that surround medical consultation by allowing everyone to consult a doctor everywhere, all the time, from their mobile in audio or ehealth. It is also a response to the problems of medical deserts, the overload of emergencies and the saturation of waiting rooms.

Patients can use Hellocare to obtain medical advice or advice with a defined price (30 euros). They can consult a doctor for mild illnesses (colds, flu, gastroenteritis) or for any consultation in psychology.

Hellocare will gradually offer different functionalities: appointment management, access to its medical file and the possibility of retrieving prescriptions from pharmacies.
