Notch wants to revolutionize the world of coaching

The New York start-up Notch Interfaces has decided to relaunch a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter. Her first campaign having failed in 2013, she hopes this time that her sensors dedicated to coaching will find takers.

Notch is a system made up of a series of wireless sensors that can be attached to clothing using small straps. It has accelerometers, gyroscopes, compasses and is able to record the movement of the user. This information is then sent, in real time, to the smartphone application in order to have a 3D view of the movement.

Aimed at athletes, including boxers and runners, as well as therapists, the company uses its own algorithms to record and analyze a variety of movement data.
